Refund
Policy
Tranquil Rejuvenation Med Spa, LLC. has a no cash or card refund policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please note, Tranquil Rejuvenation Med Spa, LLC reserves the right to refuse all returns.

Note: All packages purchased are final sales. After the initial treatment has been performed, No exchanges or refunds will be offered. If no treatment has been performed, please refer to the exchange policy.
Exchange Policy
We do not regularly offer exchanges. On occasion, we will exchange defective merchandise or service if the one chosen causes any allergic reaction. Please reach out to the office for specifics.

For package exchanges, please call the office for case by case evaluation.

Note: All exchanges must be of equal or lesser value.
Cancelation Policy
Clients may cancel their appointment at any time; however, we do charge a $25 cancelation fee for appointments canceled within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment time. If canceled before the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued.
